After purchasing AVS Adult, you will receive an e-mail containing your AVS Adult login credentials and download links. Please allow us up to 24 hours to process your order and deliver your AVS Adult license. Thank you for your patience.
If you would like to download the FREE version of the software, please visit our website at avsubmitter.com and request your free copy of AVS Adult, by completing the download form. Please provide your name and a valid e-mail address, and press the download button.
Within a couple of minutes, your free license will be delivered to you by e-mail.
While you’re there, feel free to join our mailing list located at the bottom of the page to receive our latest news and special offers. We promise not to send you any unnecessary e-mails.
In case you haven’t received your license within 30 minutes, feel free to contact us, but not before checking the SPAM or JUNK folder of your mailbox first. Your license e-mail will contain your AVS Adult login credentials, license expiration date and download URLs for the software.
Please keep in mind that you are allowed to use a single license on one computer. By requesting and using multiple free licenses, your accounts will be permanently blocked and you won’t be able to use AVS Adult unless you upgrade to a paid version.
After receiving your license, please download the AVS Adult installer from the download links provided in the e-mail. The download URLs will always deliver the latest version of the software, so for your safety please don’t download the installer from third party websites.
If you’re installing AVS Adult on your desktop computer or a laptop, please install the PC version of the software.
If you’re installing AVS Adult on a dedicated server, or on a Virtual Private Server, please install the VPS version of the software.
Users with Free and Professional licenses, are allowed to download and install only the PC version of the software, while Premium users, are allowed to download and install both the PC and VPS version of AVS Adult.
The features and limitations of each AVS Adult version: Free, Professional and Premium, are outlined on our website.
Please keep in mind that Submission Manager and the VPS version of the software, are only available with a Premium license.
Before installing Advanced Video Submitter, please make sure the following minimum hardware and software requirements, are met.
- A Dual-Core processor at minimum of 2 GHz.
- A minimum of 4GB, system memory.
- A minimum of 500 MB, hard drive space.
- A minimum screen resolution of 1280 with 1024 pixels.
- High speed Internet connection with a minimum of 10 megabits per second, upload speed.
To calculate your average upload speed, please run a test using speedtest.net, and test with at least 3 different servers across the US & EU.
- Microsoft Windows operating system. Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows Server OS is required.
- Microsoft .NET 3.5 Service Pack, 1.
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010, 2013 and 2015 Redistributable Packages.
The AVS Adult installer will attempt to install both the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages and .Net 3.5 Service Pack 1 for you.
If for some reason these cannot be automatically installed on your system, you’ll have to manually install them before proceeding with the installation process. Download links for the .NET 3.5 Service Pack 1 and the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages can be found within the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website, along with the installation instructions.
On Windows 8 and Windows 10, .NET 3.5 has to be installed using the Windows Features from the Control Panel, while on Windows Server OS, .NET must be installed using the server’s role management tool and not using the stand-alone installer.
Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website, for more information on how to install .NET 3.5 on Windows 7, 8, 10 and Windows Server OS.
If you’re ready to start the installation process, double click the downloaded executable and follow the installation instructions.
After installing Advanced Video Submitter Adult for the first time, please start it using the AVS Adult shortcut, created on your desktop.
When prompted, enter the username and password provided to you with your license e-mail. Please pay attention when entering your login credentials, as both your username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE.
If upon entering your login credentials, you have received an “Invalid username or password” message, double-check that .NET 3.5 Service Pack 1 has been properly installed on your computer.
If you’re upgrading from a Free tube submitter license, you’ll need to update your AVS Adult username and password. To do so, please click the user icon located at the bottom right corner, near the speaker icon.
A window will pop up, allowing you to enter your new login credentials. Please provide your new username and password, and press “Save“.
After changing the username and password, you must reboot your computer in order to apply the changes. Reboot is mandatory!
Please keep in mind that both your username and password, are CaSe SeNsItIvE.
After a successful login, on the bottom left corner of the software, you’ll find information about the latest software version, your AVS Adult username, and the license expiration date.
It has been brought to our attention, that certain Antivirus products might trigger “False Positive” alerts and block certain components of the software.
For optimal performance, Advanced Video Submitter needs to constantly communicate with our servers. All your ongoing and scheduled submissions, as well as your submission settings are stored in the cloud. This behavior might trigger “False Positive” alerts when using certain antivirus products.
Rest assured that as long as you have downloaded AVS Adult from our website, you are completely safe!
While we are working hard to avoid these kinds of situations, some antivirus products might require manually adding AVS Adult to the exception list, in order for the software to work properly. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website, for more information on how to whitelist AVS Adult within your antivirus software.
If you have received a Windows notification error that certain DLL files are missing from your computer, please make sure the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010, 2013 and 2015 Redistributable Packages have been successfully installed.

If for some reason you’re still having problems starting AVS Adult using the shortcut on your Desktop, you can start the software in Safe Mode. To run AVS Adult in Safe Mode, click the AVS Adult (Safe Mode), shortcut located in the Advanced Video Submitter installation folder, within the Windows Start Menu.
By running AVS Adult in safe mode, the software won’t check for updates and you’ll have to manually update your installation whenever a new software version is released. Database and site updates are automatic and are not affected by this.
