SUBMISSION REPORT

VIDEO TUTORIAL | SCHEDULED SUBMISSIONS #2 | 00:36

The Submission Report section will list all the tube sites contained within the selected upload session, along with other useful information such as submission type, submission status, submission details, and submission progress.

The selector located under the Submit column before each tube site will allow you to select certain individual sites. You can select multiple sites using Control + Left Click. While multiple sites are selected, clicking the checkbox selector before any of the highlighted sites or by pressing the space-bar key on your keyboard, will apply the changes to all selected sites.

The Website Name column will display the domain name of the site. Tube sites with automatic submissions will be marked with a capital A, while sites requiring manual intervention will be marked with a capital M.

Under Submission Status, the following status messages will be displayed: WAITING, PENDING, SUCCESS, and FAILED.

When a site has a WAITING status, it means the submission process hasn’t started yet and the site is waiting in the queue to be submitted. Once the status has changed to PENDING, it means the site is being submitted and the video is currently being uploaded.

Ongoing video submissions with PENDING status will be highlighted in light blue. Once the submission status has changed to SUCCESS, it means the video has been successfully uploaded.

Successfully submitted sites will be highlighted in light green. A FAILED submission status, means that video submission to the site, unfortunately, has failed. Tube sites with failed submissions will be highlighted in light red. You can always resubmit sites with a FAILED status at a later time.

Under Submission Details, you’ll find additional information about the video submission process. For example, if the submission has failed because the provided username or password was incorrect, a short message will be displayed, informing you about invalid login credentials.

Once the submission process has completed either with a SUCCESS or FAILED status, double-clicking the site name will open a screenshot of the website, taken after the submission result. Submission screenshots, along with submission details will help you troubleshoot FAILED submissions in order to improve the ratio of successfully uploaded videos.

The Submission Progress will display a graphical progress bar for each individual tube site within the selected session.

Under the Has CPP column, you’ll find additional information about Content Partner Program submissions. If a tube site also accepts CPP video submissions, the site will be marked with a Yes otherwise will be marked with a NO.

The capital A and capital M indicators will provide additional information about the type of content partner submission. Sites marked with a capital A can be auto-submitted, while sites marked with a capital M will require manual intervention during the submission process.

On the bottom left corner of Submission Reports , you can view the total number of successfully submitted sites, from the selected session.

Please keep in mind, that you can order the tube sites according to your preferences, by clicking any of the column headers.

ADVANCED SUBMISSION CONTROLS

VIDEO TUTORIAL | SCHEDULED SUBMISSIONS #2 | 07:02

AVS Adult additionally provides you a set of advanced submission controls, which you can quickly access by right-clicking anywhere within the Submission Report section.

You can choose to resubmit all or selected tube sites, either on your local computer or on your VPS or Dedicated Server.

AVS Adult also allows you to resubmit tube sites that require manual intervention during the submission process. You can choose to resubmit these sites either on your local PC or on your VPS.

You can resubmit tube sites that require manual intervention, for both regular submissions and sponsor or content partner submissions.

When manual intervention is required for a site, a window will pop up and you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed further. This will be accompanied by a sound alert. You can turn the sound alerts On or Off by double-clicking the small speaker icon, located at the bottom right corner of the software.

Please follow the instructions displayed within the red header in the manual submission window or SKIP the submission to the tube site by pressing the “SKIP Website” button.

Upon pressing the SKIP button or upon the countdown time out, the submission status of the site will be automatically updated to FAILED and the “Submission to site has been skipped” message will be added to Submission Details. You can resubmit any skipped tube sites at a later time.

Please keep in mind that the VPS / Server re-submission feature is available only in the PREMIUM version of AVS Adult.

If your videos were scheduled to be uploaded from your local computer and you would like to resubmit them on your VPS or Server, please make sure to upload the videos to your VPS or Server prior to pressing the Resubmit button. Otherwise, your submissions will fail as Advanced Video Submitter won’t be able to locate the videos on your VPS or Server.

This also applies in the situation when the videos were uploaded using a VPS or a Dedicated Server and you would like to resubmit them on your local computer. Please make sure to download the videos to your local computer, before pressing the resubmit button.

Videos located both on your local computer and on your VPS or Dedicated server must have the same name and the same exact file path.

For more about VPS submissions please check out Part 4 of our Submission Setup tutorial.

If for some reason you would like to resubmit certain sites and would like to manually solve the captcha challenge, you can do so.

Simply select the desired sites and choose the Resubmit With Manual Captcha option, after right-clicking within the Submission Report section. Submission Status will be changed to WAITING and all selected tube sites will be resubmitted.

TROUBLESHOOTING

VIDEO TUTORIAL | SCHEDULED SUBMISSIONS #2 | 12:50

DATE, TIME, TIMEZONE

If for some reason your uploads are not starting right away or at the scheduled date or time, please double-check that DATE and TIME are properly set in Windows settings. Your local DATE and TIME must match the local TIME ZONE in Windows settings.

Setting an improper TIME ZONE or an incorrect DATE or TIME will lead to multiple submission issues, so please double check your settings.

If you are using both the PC and VPS version of AVS Adult, we strongly recommend setting the same DATE, TIME and TIME ZONE values on both your local computer and VPS or Dedicated Server.

ANTIVIRUS FALSE POSITIVE

Advanced Video Submitter needs to constantly communicate with our servers as all submission settings, profiles, ongoing and scheduled submissions, as well as all software and database updates are stored in the cloud.

This behavior might trigger a “FALSE POSITIVE” alert when using certain antivirus solutions.

We are doing our best to avoid these kinds of situations, however, some antivirus software might require manually adding AVS Adult to the exception list for proper functionality.

CORE HAS STOPPED WORKING

If during submission, you have received a Windows notification message, with “avs_adult_core.exe” has stopped working, it simply means that a script running on the tube site that’s being submitted, has crashed the internal browser.

There’s no need to panic, as this won’t affect the overall submissions.

Simply close the notification or disable error reporting by clicking the Disable Reporting shortcut, located in the Advanced Video Submitter installation folder, under the Windows Start Menu.

COULD NOT LOCATE VIDEO

If your submissions are constantly failing with “Could not locate video file on HDD” message, please make sure you’re not running AVS Adult on two different computers, using the same license.

In most cases, this situation appears when the same version of AVS Adult has been installed on multiple computers, using the same license credentials. Premium users are allowed to install and use AVS Adult on two different computers, as long as they install the PC version on one computer and the VPS version on a VPS or a Dedicated Server.

To troubleshoot this issue please uninstall any additional copies of AVS Adult. After uninstalling AVS Adult, don’t forget to mandatorily reboot your computer to apply the changes.

Additionally, when receiving the “Could not locate video file on HDD” message, double-check the existence of the video files, as well as the complete file path. You’ll also receive this message when the videos haven’t been properly uploaded, downloaded or when the videos have been removed from your computer.
